Getting hold of a person

Worbita is small enough that the people who build it are the people who answer. There is no ticket robot and no phone tree.

Write to us

Email [email protected]. That address is read by a person during working hours. We do not publish a response-time commitment yet, because we would rather answer you than measure ourselves.

If something looks like a security problem, write to the same address and describe what you found rather than demonstrating it. We will reply.

What to include

Any of these that you have. The first one usually answers the question on its own.

  • The work order's number — the WO-XXXXXX token in the email subject, or the number at the top of its page.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • The time it happened, with your timezone. Every entry on a record carries one, so quoting it finds the exact moment in the log.
  • The email address you sign in with, so we can find the right organization.

If you are a vendor

You do not have an account here and you do not need one. The email you received came from the client who hired you, sent through Worbita. Replying to it is the fastest way to reach them: your reply lands on the work order, and they see it.

If the link in that email has expired, the page it opens says so and offers a new one. If you want to be removed from a client’s vendor list, ask that client — the list is theirs, not ours. Write to us and we will pass it on and tell you we have.

Is it down?

There is no public status page yet. Saying so is more use than linking to one that does not exist.

If you are signed in as an administrator, the Settings page reports the parts of the system that can fail quietly — whether outbound mail is configured, and whether a reply address is live. Otherwise, write to us and say what you tried.

Deleting your account

You can request it from inside the product, and an administrator can request deletion of the whole organization. Both carry a 30-day grace period during which nothing is erased and the request can be cancelled. The privacy policy says what happens and what is kept.
